Instructions for media accreditation

Some basic rules to facilitate the procedure for all parties and... maintain friendly relations:

• -The deadline for requesting accreditations (through the official form) is 10 days before the start of the event, that is, the Wednesday of the week before the event.
• -Except in exceptional cases, confirmations will be sent 8 days before the event, that is, the Friday of the week before the event.
• -Accreditation requests, where applicable, must be accompanied by a copy of the professional card and/or mission letter from the media requesting accreditation.
• -Photographers must include proof of insurance coverage in their application, and must be able to show this proof before receiving their tabard, if requested, at any time during the event.
• -If you complete the form by hand, do it legibly!
