The last, decisive race of the 2026 International GT Open promises to be as exciting as possible, with a great final title battle served on a silver tray. Dean Macdonald, in the Greystone GT McLaren shared with title challenger Zac Meakin took pole in 1.39.124, his fourth this season. With championship leader Tom Emson, in the Elite Motorsport Ferrari, starting from seventh (+0s784), and only 6 points separating the two contenders, all ingredients are reunited for a great show. “So far, we are doing what it takes”, said Macdonald, “and then we will see…”

Sharing first row will be Alex Fontana (ZRS Porsche), only 0s050 and with a remote title chance, which would entail though winning the race and have his two rivals not scoring.
