After making its International GT Open debut last year, taking part into three rounds, Into Africa Racing by Dragon is ready for its first full campaign in the series. The outfit will enter its Ferrari 296 GT3 for Xolile Letlaka, as last year. The South African will be partnered by Zimbabwe’s Axcil Jefferies and fellow countryman Stuart White, who will split teammate duties.
Into Africa Racing is one of the many initiatives launched by Xolile Letlaka to promote motor racing in South Africa and advocate for diversity and inclusion in motorsport. Letlaka is also the force behind the South African Endurance Series. The GT3 programme is carried out in partnership with Dragon Racing, the well-known and successful Ferrari-faithful team based in Dubai and led by Brad Fincham.
The team is working to have a second car entered this season in the International GT Open.
